10A South Grove

London, N6 6BS

23 September 2021 - 7 October 2021

As a member of the Highgate Watercolour Group I meet with other members once a week to paint and socialise. When the centre closed during lockdown we met for painting outdoors. To celebrate the grand re-opening of 10A we were asked to put on a group exhibition of photocopies of our recent works.

In the first view I have photocopies of three of my originals. These are: 'Park Fountain', 'Magenta Gladioli' and 'Stamens'. In the second view works including 'Classical Beauty', 'Zoom Community' and the three together are 'Favourite Vase', 'Japanese Dolls' and 'Glass Bottles'.

Marchmont Community Centre

25 February 2020 - present

62 Marchmont Street, London, WC1N 1AB

The manager of Marchmont Community Centre commissioned two collages to be displayed for local residents who attend a range of sessions that include lunch clubs and art classes.

These collages combine sections of digital prints with paper and card that enable me to strip out unwanted detail and enhance colours while preserving the essential form of the original photograph.
